GENERAL

- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, be it for personal comfort or otherwise. I do not owe an explanation for these declinations.- I begin the art after payment is received in full. I do not offer payment plans, with the exception of larger projects over $100.- I send frequent updates as I work. By default I send WIPs for each stage of my process; I do not proceed with the commission until sketch approval is given. If you wish to see an update at any given point, just ask!- My turnaround times can range from 2-3 days minimum and 1 month maximum. This may be affected by the size of my queue.- If you need a commission done by a certain date, depending on how soon, a $15 rush fee may be applied.- You must provide at least one reference image. This can be either a character sheet, or a real life photo. Using only text makes the process more difficult, and details may get lost in translation.

USAGE

- I retain the copyright to any and all of my artwork, and may post your finished commission work. Please specify if you do not wish for your commission to be posted and/or if you would like to remain anonymous.- Only the buyer and/or anyone they grant permission to are permitted to use purchased artwork.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE MINTING THE ART AS AN NFT, USING THE ART TO TRAIN AI, OR USING IT FOR CLOTHING, STICKERS, OR MERCHANDISE. Using purchased artwork in any of the ways listed is prohibited. You will be blocked and blacklisted. I do not do commercial fees.- Profiting off of my work, regardless of if you are the client, is prohibited and will result in a permanent block and blacklist.
Video assets such as talk sprites are the only exclusion to this, as you are not profiting directly off of the artwork itself.
