Please read this page thoroughly; by commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

GENERAL

- To contact me for a commission, you must use VGen, Twitter, Bluesky, or my business email ([email protected])- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, be it for personal comfort or otherwise. I do not owe an explanation for these declinations.- I have the right to cancel a commission at any point; dependent on the stage of the commission, a partial or full refund will be provided.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

- I begin commissions only after payment is received upfront in full.- Prices may be raised based on complexity. This applies mostly to character designs and backgrounds.- I do not offer refunds for completed artwork. If I have finished the sketch by the time of the request, I will provide a 50% refund.- If an issue comes up on my part that prevents me from starting or finishing your commission, I will provide a full refund, regardless of progress.- Payments are only done through either PayPal or through VGen. If you are commissioning me through VGen, all payments must be processed through the site directly, per VGen Terms of Service.

USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- I retain the copyright to any and all of my artwork, and may post your finished commission work. Please specify if you do not wish for your commission to be posted and/or if you would like to remain anonymous.- It is permitted for the buyer to edit purchased artwork in any way they see fit, as long as I am properly credited as the original artist. You may not claim my work as your own.- Only the client and/or anyone they grant permission to are permitted to use purchased artwork. It is required to credit me as the artist when posting said artwork to social media or using it in content.- You must pay a 70% commercial fee if you plan to use purchased artwork as an asset in profitable streams or YouTube content (with the exception of icons/profile pictures). It is prohibited to profit off of my work without paying the commercial fee.- It is very strictly prohibited to mint purchased artwork as an NFT (non-fungible token), use the artwork to train AI or create AI images, or use the artwork on clothing/stickers/merchandise.

PROCESS

- I send WIPs for each stage of the commission (sketch, lines, etc). I give frequent updates as I work; if you’d like an update at any point, feel free to ask.- I only proceed with the commission when sketch approval is given; use this as an opportunity for me to make as many changes as you like.- You must provide at least one reference image. This can be either a character sheet, or a real life photo. Using only text makes the process more difficult, and details may get lost in translation.- Revisions made during the art process are entirely free of charge; if I get something wrong, tell me!- Revisions made after completion of the artwork may cost extra, depending on how big.- My turnaround time can range from 2-3 days minimum and 2 months maximum. This may be affected by the size of my queue; you will be notified if so.- If you need a commission done by a certain date, a rush fee may be applied depending on how soon.- Recurrent lack of communication on behalf of the client may result in the cancellation (with a full refund) of the commission.
